How to Login to Hero for the First Time

Hero is our School Student Management System.  All communication to our parent community is done through Hero.  You can also use Hero to access your child’s school information.

To login in to Hero for the first time, please follow the instructions below:

  1. To download on to your phone, search for “Hero” in your app store.
  2. To download on to your computer go to https://www.linc-ed.com/pages.php?page=parent& and click on “Login”.
  3. Select “New User” – your account has been set up using the email address that you provided when you enrolled your children.  Use this address to request a password.
  4. Add your email address – Select the “Request Password” link.
  5. Check your email – Hero will send you an email with a link to follow.
  6. Follow the link – This will take you to a secure page to enter your chosen password.
  7. If you have problems logging in, please check with the school office to make sure we have the correct details.
